Eileen a stress coach has been teaching meditation and relaxation techniques for over 7 years. She has extensive qualifications which include a qualified advanced stress adviser, at university level. She has been meditating for over 17 years and has a qualification in visualisation for therapeutic healing. Students comment on how relaxed they feel during and after class. Come and learn various styles of relaxation including muscle realxation, autogenic training and visualisation from someone suitably qualified.

Eileen is also a reiki master who has been using reiki for over 18 years.
